Can I redeem my gift card or credit note online?

We accept gift cards online and in store. Gift cards have to be registered to an online account before they can be redeemed at the checkout. To do this, you must first login or create an online account. Once logged in you must go into your account by clicking your name in the top right hand corner. Here you can navigate to 'Gift Cards' on the left hand side. On this page, you must enter your full Gift Card number to register. Once registered you will be able to pay with your gift card at the payments screen at the end of the checkout process. You can email customercare@pagani.co.nz for further assistance if required.

Please note that old paper gift vouchers and credit notes can only be redeemed in store if your credit has not expired. However you can email customercare@pagani.co.nz with your paper voucher or credit note code and amount and we can replace this with a gift card number you can redeem online.

Will I receive my gift card immediately after purchase?

Any gift card amount of $50 or below will be sent to you immediately after purchase. As part of our current anti-fraud protocols, any gift card amount over $50 will be manually approved by our web store team. Orders placed between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday will be approved as quickly as possible that day. Orders made after 4pm Friday and before 9am Monday and during public holidays, will be approved on the next business day.
