Purchasing from Pagani.co.nz

Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that their details provided are protected by the latest security methods and are used only for the purpose of the transaction fulfilment.

You will be asked to register as a member of Pagani.co.nz. If you do not want to register with Pagani you are able to complete your transaction via our Guest Checkout option. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive exclusive Pagani sale alerts.

Placing an Order

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pagani Ltd and are subject to availability. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted.

Once your order has been placed the payment will be on hold in your account until the order has been dispatched. If for any reason we are unable to send any items or you edit your order, your account will reflect the correct and current charge after dispatch. We reserve the right to verify any orders upon suspicion of credit card fraud and to cancel any order. You will be notified immediately via email if your order has been cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and are inclusive of GST (15% sales tax)

All prices shown at the time of purchase are correct and will be charged. Pagani reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

We will not refund the difference in price if an item that has been purchased is now discounted.

Pricing mistakes can happen, if an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

Every effort has been made to ensure that details, measurements, descriptions and pictures of products on this website are as accurate and complete as possible. There may be slight variations between these and the products themselves. All sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing, a size chart can be found on all product pages. All products are subject to availability.

Delivery

Pagani endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the specific timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
